- signing #12 needs keys by 1pm
- fix a hole below #5
- #24 change light bulb
- #11 toilet running, could not find a running issue
- spakel touch ups
- check out #12 heat thermo needs a change– ordered another and should be on site tommorow, call shamus tommorw to arrange a pick up notice

- Check oil levels- all at 100% and common areas- OK
- Modern Pest Control for building, provide notice
- Keys for D and B
- Find mailbox key for Cand remind to change the post box
- Get number for B key- need a copy call BKL
- Called for copies made for C A
- Picked up a shower head at RAH
- Took notice of a over flowing storage tank and.called RA Webber to pump out and possibly suggest a course of action.
- Changed the locks of swapped
- Called Modern Pest to confirm application , will call back
- R A Webber on site to takle clog
- Working in turnover minor cleaning
- Common area cleaning vaccum
- On arrival to BKL the sign read “Be back at 4:30″

- Search for thermo delivory – found a spare on hand
Found that after attempting the replacement the mark on the dial was reversed and the correct temp could be gained by marking the opposite end, left a note for the tennent
- Seal up hole below #5, looked at placing the insulation below back into bays and put some back up
- Seek monies for purchase of threshold from BME
- Seamus is taking a half day or full and will call in later
- Found under #8 a running outdoor tap and I turned it off
- Spoke with Seamus to determine petty cash and withdrew $25 to purchase threshhold from BME
- #14 threshold is 36″x 6″
@BME the thresholds are 32″1/4″ & 30″ 1/4″ ; at Lowes a threshold can be ordered for $19.95
- Seamus called to be on hand to show #14 or leave note
- Returned pettycash and spoke with tennents to get the Christmas tree for Friday
- tended to hanging plants
- Spoke with 15 to install Co detector
- Good idea to deflect water from doors is a storm door homemade or not
- Chris and Jessica looked at the aparment #14 they like it, questions were about storing a grill on the back porch and replacements of rugs reason bieng she has kids and the carpets would not last long (conversational?)

- Carpet clean Needs: large bulb, cabinet wipe down, tack paper removal, paint kitchen and cabinets, 2 outlet replacement, recaulk tub, drain stoper in bathroom, lights wipe down, remove heater in bathroom, clean bath closet, window sills, square filter, bulb for range hood, globes for bath lights, clean bath fixtures, carpet rip needs cover
- Carpet clean needs: painting over smoke stain, frayed carpet spots, clean smoke stains off everything, clean vent, window treatments, fill holes in walls and window trim

- Spoke with Seamus to relay info: note from Site that carpets in office should go.

- Seamus called: says her water has gone brown and I asked Seamus to ask other tennents if they would have water issues
- says that the issue of the heating discrepency should be looked into, complaint is when upstairs tennents come home his heat comes on. He sets it at 68 and the heat sometimes goes to 71. Will call MWSewel to schedule a tech.

- Rip up carpet and pad in office
